Nigel Lowe

Nigel Lowe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service management and application delivery across several reputable organizations. Currently a Senior Manager at Santander UK since November 2017, Nigel leads multiple engineering teams supporting banking services for both Retail and Corporate sectors. Prior to this, a Senior Applications Delivery Manager at New Look, Nigel played a key role in the company's technology transformation strategy. With a solid background at Worldpay, Nigel held various positions, including Service Assurance Manager, where management of IT service processes was prioritized. Earlier roles at iPSL involved leading application services and improving operational support, while time at Diageo focused on eService delivery across web channels. Nigel holds a BEng in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Bath and has developed a track record of enhancing service performance and stakeholder engagement throughout their career.
