Alan Clayton

After earning his degree in Accounting and Business Honors from Texas A&M, Alan cut his finance teeth in investment banking, where he focused on M&A, restructurings and IPOs in the energy services and technology space. He then jumped over to the Private Equity world, where he worked alongside management teams on strategy and operations. It was through those experiences that he realized how rewarding it was to grow private businesses. In early 2020, he found a home at Alliance HCM to lead the Finance & Accounting team.
