Leslie Kramer

Leslie Kramer, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades. Leslie is currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Resolian since November 2022. Prior to this, Leslie worked as the Interim Chief People Officer at Datacubed Health from July 2021 to June 2022.

Leslie's previous role was with IQVIA, where they held the position of Director of Human Resources. Before the acquisition, they served as the VP, HR. In this role, Leslie acted as a strategic business partner, supporting various functions and managing a global workforce of over 8,000 employees. Their responsibilities included change management, organizational design, coaching, leadership development, budgeting, and organization strategy.
