Julie Murday

Julie Murday has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Julie currently holds the position of Global Head of Human Resources at Alliance Pharmaceuticals Limited since October 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Human Resources & Development Director at Southco, Inc. from July 2018 to March 2019. In this role, they led HRD activities aligned with the global business strategy and managed a team of HR professionals. Before that, they worked at Spirax Sarco Engineering PLC, where they held two positions - Group HR: Head of Rewards & Global Mobility from January 2015 to July 2018, and Head of UK HR from October 2008 to January 2015. At Spirax Sarco, they focused on compensation and benefits, employee engagement, and the establishment of the HR function. Julie also gained experience at LivaNova as the Head of UK HR and Business Partner for Heart Valves - Europe from January 2007 to October 2008, and at EARLY LEARNING CENTRE LIMITED as the Head of Human Resources from January 2000 to November 2006. Julie provided HR support and leadership across various business functions, managed teams and budgets, and played a key role in recruitment and training.

Julie Murday has a Diploma in Personnel Management from De Montfort University with a focus on HRD. Julie also holds a BA (Hons) degree in Public Administration from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Additionally, Julie has completed the Advanced Management Programme at Hult Ashridge.
