Randy Phillips has been working in the land and right-of-way field since 2000, starting with Universal Land and Field Services as a Land Agent for El Paso Natural Gas. From July 2006 to the present, Randy has been with Alliance Pipeline, serving as a Specialist for Land, Right-of-Way, and Corridor representing the U.S. Additionally, Randy holds the title of Community and Corridor Representative for Alliance Pipeline and has served as the Land, Right of Way, and Corridor Rep for the State of Minnesota. In the past, Randy also worked as a contracted representative for Universal Land and Field Services for El Paso Natural Gas in west Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona.

Alliance Pipeline
The Alliance Pipeline system consists of a 3,848-kilometre (2,391-mile) integrated Canadian and U.S. natural gas transmission pipeline system, delivering rich natural gas from the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and the Williston Basin to the Chicago market hub. The United States portion of the system consists of approximately 967 miles of infrastructure including the 80-mile Tioga Lateral in North Dakota. The system has been in commercial service since December 2000 and, through an innovative suite of customer-focused services, delivers an average of 1.6 billion standard cubic feet (or 45.3 million standard cubic metres) of natural gas per day. Alliance Pipeline L.P. (Alliance U.S.A.) owns the U.S. portion of the Alliance Pipeline system. Both Alliance Canada and Alliance U.S.A. are owned 50 percent each by affiliates of Enbridge Income Fund (TSX:ENF.UN) and Pembina Pipeline Corporation (TSX:PPL).
