Deborah Peters

Deborah Peters is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the legal recruitment and staffing industry. Currently serving as a Partner and Practice Director at Capstone Search Advisors since March 2023, Deborah has also been a Managing Partner at Alliance Solutions Group, LLC since October 1994, where Deborah plays a pivotal role in the organization. Earlier, as President and Chief Operating Officer at Major Legal Services—part of Alliance Solutions Group—Deborah oversaw daily operations and strategic growth until February 2018. Deborah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and an A.B. in International Studies from Kenyon College.
