Tom Winkler has extensive experience in call center operations, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of Call Center Operations at Alliance Spine and Pain Centers, Tom drives profitability and manages all aspects of contact center operations. Prior to this role, Tom held positions such as Senior Operations Manager at The Network and Contact Center Operations Manager at Ballard Designs, where Tom focused on call routing, quality initiatives, staffing, and training. Tom obtained their education at Valdosta State University.
