Prior to joining AllianceAPI, they were with gigaaa as a Cyber Analyst and Advisory. Sumit has also worked with CyberIntellectuals, 2K, and Target as a Principal Cyber Security, Senior Cyber and Network Security Architecture, and Senior Network Architect.

Sumit Dhoopar has an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, Entrepreneurship, Finance, accounting, leadership from the University of San Francisco. Sumit also has a Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Sumit is certified by EC-Council as a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and by (ISC)² as a (ISC)2 Security CISSP (ISC2-CISSP). Sumit is also certified by Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. as a Checkpoint Certified Security Associate and a Checkpoint Certified Security Expert. In addition, they have Cisco Certified Network Professional and Cisco Certified Network Associate certifications from Cisco. Finally, they have (GCIH), GIAC Certified Incident Handler and (GWAPT)GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester certifications from GIAC Certifications.
