Darrel Byer

Darrel Byer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit and consulting. Currently serving as President and CEO at Dar Jo Inc. since August 2006, Darrel also functions as a Consultant for Internal Audit-SOX at AllianceBernstein since May 2018. Previous roles include Audit Consultant at Ernst & Young LLC, Internal Audit Consultant at CIT/One Bank and Newbedford Management Corp, and managerial positions at Colony NorthStar, Wyndham Worldwide Corporation, and Johnson & Johnson. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The City University of New York, Darrel has a proven track record of executing SOX programs, conducting financial audits, and coordinating cross-functional teams globally.
