Mark R. Manley

Mark R. Manley joined the firm in 1984 and currently serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Global Head of Compliance. Mr. Manley served a Deputy General Counsel from June 2004 to December 2021. He has been the firm’s Global Head of Compliance since 1988. Mr. Manley chairs AB’s Code of Ethics Oversight Committee and is a member of AB’s Internal Compliance Controls Committee and nearly all the firm’s senior operating, risk and compliance committees. He holds a BA in criminal justice from St. John’s University and a JD from New York Law School. He was admitted to the bar in the State of New York in 1990.
