Jenee Garrett

Jenee Garrett, MS, CERT.SSBB, CSM, currently serves as the Near North Implementation Project Manager and Network Relationship Manager at AllianceChicago, where responsibilities include managing customer service support, leading communication between AllianceChicago and healthcare centers, and overseeing various ITIL/ITSM processes. Previously, Jenee was the Business Owner of JG IT, the IT/Operations Manager at Chicago Low Income Housing Trust Fund, and held several technical roles including District Technical Support Manager at City Colleges of Chicago and Help Desk Manager at Friend Family Health Center. Jenee holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Operations/Project Management and a Master of Science in Computer Science.
