Amber Letanche

Amber Letanche is an experienced Learning & Development consultant with a diverse background in organizational, team, and culture development, as well as strategic talent management. Currently serving as a Senior L&D Consultant at Alliander, Amber Letanche focuses on building L&D strategies and addressing organizational challenges. Prior roles include positions as a Senior HRD Advisor at Stichting BOOR and Talent Development Lead at ARLANXEO, where responsibilities spanned leadership development, capability building, and the implementation of training programs. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Training & Development from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in General Psychology from Utrecht University.
