Raoul Wirtz is a seasoned professional in leadership development, currently serving as the Curriculum Manager for Learning and Development at Alliander since February 2020, where responsibilities include fostering a learning organization. Prior experience at Nyenrode Business Universiteit spanned over two decades, during which Raoul Wirtz held the positions of Program Manager for Executive Education and Associate Professor of Business Ethics, focusing on the development and delivery of training and consultancy in integrity and business ethics. Academically, Raoul Wirtz earned a degree in Political Science from Leiden University and is currently furthering expertise through an International Masterclass in Learning and Development Leadership at Nyenrode Business University & IE Business School, along with being a certified Profile Dynamics Trainer.
