Donna Robinson

Donna Robinson has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Donna currently holds the position of Head of Talent Acquisition at Alliant Credit Union, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Northern Trust Corporation from 2010 to 2022, where they held various roles including Human Resources Business Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, and Senior Recruiting Consultant. At JP Morgan Chase from 1994 to 2010, Donna worked as an Executive Recruiter and HR Business Partner, managing full-cycle recruiting and providing support in employee relations, talent management, and compensation.

Donna Robinson earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University, which they attended from 1987 to 1991.
