Jackie Gruenes

Jackie Gruenes, PMP, serves as the Senior Program Manager for Cloud at Alliant Credit Union, overseeing the execution and strategy of the organization's Cloud implementation program since September 2004. Previous roles at Alliant include Project Manager and Product Manager for Credit Card, where Jackie developed marketing plans and strategic product roadmaps aimed at enhancing member experience and digital capabilities. Jackie has successfully managed both small and large-scale projects, including the Alliant Cashback Visa Signature Credit Card launch and the New Ancillary Product Suite, in addition to completing Six Sigma Green Belt projects for process improvement. Jackie also has extensive management experience, having supervised multiple departments and teams, and is a current board member of the Alliant Credit Union Foundation, dedicated to promoting economic empowerment. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from DePaul University and an Associate's degree from Waubonsee Community College.
