Lynette Marling

Lynette Marling, PCC, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Lead HR Project Consultant at Alliant Energy, with additional roles as Lead HR Strategic Inclusion & Experience Manager and HR Business Partner since July 2019. Lynette operates MyOwnStrategy, a coaching practice focused on career, leadership, and life coaching for business professionals, since January 2012. Previous experience includes Talent Lead at Collins Aerospace, Principal Manager of Organizational Development at Rockwell Collins, and Director of Learning & Performance at Pearson Education. Lynette has also served on the Board of Directors for Waypoint Services and has been an Adjunct Instructor at Mount Mercy College. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, as well as certification as a Professional Coach in Career, Leadership, and Life Coaching from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching.
