Matthew Cole

Matthew Cole, MBA, has extensive work experience in the energy sector and the US Navy. Matthew most recently worked at Alliant Energy, where they held various directorial roles such as Director of Operations, Director of Safety & Employee Support Solutions, and Director of Operations Support and Risk Management. Prior to their time at Alliant Energy, Matthew worked at the US Navy for over two decades, serving as a Nuclear Reactor Operator in multiple roles.

Matthew Cole, MBA, has a diverse education history. Matthew obtained their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Organizational Change & Development from Hawaii Pacific University in 2010. In 2011, they earned a Master Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. Prior to that, in 2001, they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from The New School. In addition, Matthew has completed executive education programs, including Strategic Business Leadership at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 2018 and Leadership Beyond Management at the Wisconsin School of Business in 2015.
