Wendi Cigrand

Wendi Cigrand has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Wendi started their career at Milwaukee Jewish Home in 1993 as an Environmental Service Supervisor and held this position until 1995. In 1995, they joined Direct Supply as a Senior Account Manager and worked there until 1998. Wendi then joined Alliant Energy in 2000 as a Billing Administrator and gradually progressed to roles such as Customer Service Supervisor, Manager of Customer Satisfaction & Performance, Customer Billing Supervisor, Manager of Customer Billing, Senior Manager of Customer Support, and Director of Customer Support Services. Their most recent role at Alliant Energy is Director of IPL Generation, which they assumed in April 2022. Throughout their career, Wendi has gained experience in customer service, billing, recruitment, performance management, and leadership.
