Evan Schlack

Evan Schlack currently serves as a Leave Law Compliance Consultant at Alliant Insurance Services and as an Assistant Teaching Professor at Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. With extensive experience in labor and employment law, Evan has held multiple senior roles including Senior Counsel at KATERRA and Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at NorthSight Recovery. Previously, Evan worked at AB Staffing Solutions and Employers Council, focusing on employment law and human resource consulting. Early career experiences include positions at Martin & Bonnett, PLLC, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Arizona Court of Appeals. Evan holds a Juris Doctor from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from Northern Arizona University.
