Jimmy Weihe

Jimmy Weihe, MBA CPCU AIC, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President Claim Advocate Lead at Alliant Insurance Services, starting in March 2024. Previously, Jimmy held positions at Grimmway Farms from April 2019 to April 2025, including Claims and Insurance Coordinator and Risk Manager, overseeing enterprise-wide insurance purchases and claims handling. At State Farm ® from August 2005 to April 2019, roles included Claims Specialist, Claim Automation and Procedure Specialist, Fire Claim Representative, and Underwriting Service Assistant. Key responsibilities involved managing litigation claims, enhancing workflow processes, and handling high-value claims exceeding $200,000. Education includes an MBA in Project Management/Risk Management from Walden University, as well as multiple credentials from the American Institute for CPCU and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Phoenix. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Law - JD in Business Law at The Colleges of Law.
