Reshma D. has a diverse and extensive work experience. Reshma began their career at Aon Risk Services as a Financial Analyst II from 2001 to 2004. Reshma then joined JPMorgan Chase as a Senior Financial Associate from 2006 to 2008. In 2008, Reshma worked as a Financial Consultant at DLC, Inc. for a short period of time. From 2009 to 2011, they held the position of Finance Director/CFO - East Region and later Global Managing Director - Finance at Aon Risk Solutions. Currently, Reshma is working at Alliant Insurance Services, where they started as a Senior Vice President, Operations and Finance from 2011 to 2017. Reshma then became the Chief Financial Officer of Alliant Specialty Group until 2022 when they took on their current role as EVP, Chief Financial Officer, Alliant Retail Property & Casualty.

Reshma D. earned a BBA degree from Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 2001. Additionally, they completed an MBA at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2004 to 2006.
