Trish Watson

Trish Watson is a seasoned professional in private equity, M&A, and employee benefits consulting, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services since November 2015. Trish has been a Chief Member since May 2022, contributing to a network focused on empowering women leaders. Previous experience includes significant roles at BC Public Service, where responsibilities ranged from project management to stakeholder relations, and involvement in health promotion programs. Trish's background encompasses extensive work in HR and recruitment, strategic HR analysis, and project management for major events, notably with the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Games Secretariat. Trish holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Victoria.
