David Sinclair has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David currently holds the position of President and CEO at Alliant National Title Insurance Company since September 2019. Prior to this, they served as the company's COO and CIO since July 2015 and March 2011, respectively.
Before joining Alliant National Title Insurance Company, Sinclair worked as a Lecturer at the University of Colorado at Boulder from March 2011 to August 2017. During this time, they taught the Socially Responsible Enterprise course in the MBA core curriculum, focusing on managerial decision-making and ethical analysis.
Sinclair also has experience as an Independent Consultant, serving as the Principal from January 2009 to June 2011. Additionally, they worked at Niagara Corporation as the Vice President of Information Technology for a decade starting in May 1999. At Niagara Corporation, they played a key role in transforming the ERP application, integrating a demand planning solution, managing IT budgets, and redesigning the logistics function.
Earlier in their career, Sinclair worked as a Sr. Software Engineer/Analyst at QAD from June 1996 to January 1999. David also worked as a Consultant at RSVP Business Systems from June 1993 to May 1996 and as the Manager of Information Technology at MSD Ignition from January 1990 to May 1993.
David Sinclair completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo in 1997. David then pursued further education and obtained their MBA in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business in 2009. In 2016, they enrolled in Naropa University where they earned an Authentic Leadership Certification. The field of study for their certification at Naropa University is not specified.
