Kush Patel

Kush Patel is a Mechanical Designer at Alliant Systems since August 2021, specializing in Autodesk Revit for Mechanical floor plans and conducting building heat load calculations using Trace3D. Previously served as a Manufacturing Engineer at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems, where standardized technical drawings were developed according to ASME Y14.5 2009 standards. Also worked as an Engineering Grader at Maseeh College of Engineering and Computer Science, enhancing knowledge in machined components. An internship at Sulzer provided exposure to Industrial Engineering and networking opportunities. Earlier roles included serving as a Reserves Assistant at Portland State University and a Freshman Engineering Peer Tutor, assisting students in introductory Mechanical Engineering concepts. Kush holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Portland State University, completed in 2021.
