Sara Young

Sara Young has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sara currently serves as the Business Development Director at Alliants since April 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sales Executive at Alliants, where they played a key role in transforming the digital guest experience for luxury hotel, travel, and retail brands.

Before joining Alliants, Sara held the position of Spa Director at Exclusive Collection, where they were responsible for the pre-opening and opening of a new spa. Sara also worked as a Spa Revenue Manager at Carnival UK (P&O Cruises & Cunard), overseeing account management for 11 onboard spa operations and generating substantial revenue. Their responsibilities included liaising with various teams, auditing spa operations, and contributing to the design of new cruise ships.

Sara also gained valuable experience in spa management roles, serving as Spa Operations Manager at Chewton Glen and Head of Spa at St Michael's Hotel and Spa. Additionally, they worked as a Spa Manager at River Spa and as a Spa therapist at the Scarlet Hotel.

Earlier in their career, Sara worked as a Commercial Account Manager at Rolls-Royce, where they managed customer accounts. Sara also worked as a Windsurfing Instructor and Flotilla Hostess at Neilson Active Holidays, teaching windsurfing and sailing to hotel guests.
