Kapil Sikka

Kapil Sikka currently serves as the Head of Digital Transformation & Analytics at Allianz Asia Pacific since July 2023, and previously held multiple senior roles at AIA from March 2015 to June 2023, including Associate Director positions focused on Agency Technology, Business Quality, and Compensation & Transformation. Prior to AIA, Kapil worked as a Senior Business Analyst at DXC Technology, and held various managerial positions at Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company and Max Life Insurance Company Limited, where responsibilities included managing teams, optimizing processes, and project delivery. Kapil's early career included roles in technical support and software development, complemented by an extensive educational background with executive programs from Saïd Business School, MIT Sloan, and various other institutions, culminating in a B.Com in Accounting and Finance from Delhi University.
