Ron Adams

Ron Adams has extensive experience in marketing and sales roles. Ron began their career in 1988 as an Account Manager at Schober Direct Marketing, where they later became a Product Manager. In 1992, they joined Directview B-to-B Communication as a Manager of a Sales team. In 1998, they became a Senior Product Manager at Reaal Verzekering. From 2000 to 2008, they worked at Interpolis, starting as a Marketeer and eventually becoming the Head of Marketing & Communication for Individuals. Ron then joined Allsecur autoverzekeringen as a Brand Manager from 2008 to 2014, and later became the Head of Brand & Marketing for Allsecur and Allianz Benelux from 2015 to 2018. Since 2019, they have been with Allianz Direct Nederland, first as the Head of Marketing & Sales and currently as the Tribe Lead Marketing & Sales. In these roles, they have been responsible for brand strategy, campaign management, marketing, sales, and online strategy.

Ron Adams has a diverse education history. In 2021, they completed a Greenbelt certification in Lean Agile way of working from Lean Six Sigma Groep. In 2019, they received training in Professional Agile Leadership Essentials from Prowareness Agile Academy. In 2009, they pursued a postacademische leergang in Merkmanagement at the University of Groningen. In 2006, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University for Training Adviesvaardigheden. Ron also obtained a Certified Practitioner of NLP certification from OutWise in the field of Neuro Linguïstisch Programmeren (NLP). In 2001, they completed the Young Executive Programme at De Baak. Furthermore, they pursued Direct Marketing B at SRM in 2000 and Inleiding Verzekeringsbedrijf at Stichting Examens Assurantiebedrijf in 1999. Ron also engaged in training programs such as Nima C at NIMA in 1998, Ontwikkelen Key-accounts at Intermediair Management Training in 1997, Middle Management Training also at Intermediair Management Training in 1997, and Direct Marketing A at Nima in 1992. Prior to all these, they completed their HEAO Breda education from 1983 to 1987.
