Tomás Cardeñoso Laso has a strong background in the insurance industry with experience in various roles. Tomás is currently serving as the Chief Underwriting Officer at Allianz Direct Spain since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked at SegurCaixa Adeslas as the Head of Advanced Analytics from January 2019 to April 2020, and as the Head of Renewals and Predictive Modelling from April 2015 to December 2018. Tomás also held the position of Internal Models Review - P&C at AXA GIE from March 2014 to April 2015. Before that, they were involved in Insurance Consulting and Technology - P&C at Willis Towers Watson Iberia from December 2011 to March 2014, and earlier from April 2008 to July 2010. Tomás Cardeñoso Laso completed a PDG degree from IESE Business School in 2023. In 2017, they obtained a Master's degree in Data Science from KSchool. Tomás also holds a Licenciatura degree in Ciencias Actuariales y Financieras from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and a Licenciatura degree in Economía with a speciality in Econometría from Universidad de Valladolid.
