Harshil Shah

Harshil Shah, CFA, is a Director at Allianz Global Investors since February 2017, specializing in the origination, structuring, and execution of primary and secondary financings in the Infrastructure, Renewables, Core+, and Energy Transition sectors. Under Harshil Shah's leadership, AllianzGI's infrastructure debt platform has successfully invested over €26 billion in more than 150 transactions since 2013. Prior to this role, Harshil Shah held various positions at PwC from September 2013 to February 2017, including Senior Associate in the Infrastructure Advisory practice, focusing on Project Finance transactions in Europe. Harshil Shah's earlier experience includes serving as a Research Analyst at the Bank of England and an Analyst at Barclays Investment Bank. Harshil Shah obtained a Banking and International Finance BSc (Hons) from Cass Business School, completing studies in 2013, and attended Wilson's School from 2002 to 2009.
