Ailbhe Shanahan

Ailbhe Shanahan is an experienced professional in customer experience and product management, currently serving as Customer Experience and Propositions Manager and previously as Senior Propositions Manager at Allianz Ireland since July 2019. Prior to this, Ailbhe held key roles at eir Ireland from March 2011 to August 2018, including Head Of Commercial, where responsibilities included the commercial strategy for eircom bundles, and Broadband Propositions Marketing Manager, overseeing broadband product propositions and marketing to achieve financial targets. Ailbhe's earlier career included positions as Marketing Product Manager at Ulster Bank, managing mortgage and deposit products, and Assistant Marketing Product Manager at First Active. Ailbhe holds an MSc in Marketing from Technological University Dublin and a BA in Business and Tourism from Dublin Business School.
