Paddy Comyn

Paddy Comyn is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate communication and journalism. Currently serving as a Corporate Communications Specialist at Allianz Ireland since March 2024, Paddy has held significant roles including Head of International Markets at Ryanair from September 2023 to March 2024 and Head of Communications at The AA (Ireland) from May 2021 to September 2023. Previously, Paddy spent nearly a decade at Volkswagen Group Ireland as Head of Group Communications and worked as a Motoring Journalist at The Irish Times, where responsibilities included covering industry topics and producing a podcast. Paddy holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast, obtained from 1995 to 1998.
