Archana Balasubramanian is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in project management and change management. Currently serving as IT Change Incident & Problem Principal at Allianz Technology since October 2024 and as Senior Release/Change Manager at Allianz Life since April 2022, Archana has a strong foundation in managing complex projects.
