Barbara Quello

Barbara Quello has over 20 years of work experience in the insurance industry. Barbara started their career at Hartford Life in 1994 as a Group Disability Claims Examiner, where they ensured high-quality claim adjudication and collaborated with sales staff on new policy installations. Barbara later became a Best Practices Leader, delivering comprehensive training and quality assurance programs. In 2000, Barbara joined Allianz Life as a Project Manager, overseeing the implementation of new products and leading cross-functional teams. Over the years, they advanced to roles such as Product Line Manager, Sr. Product Project Manager, and Manager of Product Strategy and Content, where they focused on developing and executing product strategies and strengthening product features. Currently, Barbara is working at Allianz Life as the Projects and Strategic Planning Director (Product Innovation), ensuring product development processes meet standards and coordinating with senior and executive leaders.

Barbara Quello obtained a BA degree in English from the University of St. Thomas between 1990 and 1994. Barbara later pursued a Mini Master of Marketing Management from the University of St. Thomas Opus College of Business in 2014. Barbara also earned the designation of Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) from the Life Office Management Association. Additionally, they have a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
