Kate Cook has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Kate currently works at Allianz Life as the Head of Marketing for Employer Markets, where they are responsible for strategic and product marketing delivery, expanding marketing capabilities, and executing insights-driven marketing campaigns and programs. Prior to that, they worked at MassMutual as the Worksite Marketing Leader, responsible for B2B and B2C marketing of their Worksite products, and as the Financial Wellness Marketing Leader, where they developed the go-to-market strategy for a digital Financial Wellness assessment experience. Kate also worked at Cigna as the Field & Strategic Marketing Lead, overseeing marketing efforts across multiple markets, and at MassMutual Financial Group as the AVP of Corporate Strategy and Field Marketing and Programs. In addition, Kate has experience at MetLife as AVP of Product & Channel Marketing and as Director of Marketing Operations, and at ING as the Manager of Institutional Markets. Kate'searly career includes roles at Lincoln Financial Group and MassMutual, where they served as a Marketing Consultant and Web Business Consultant, respectively.

Kate Cook attended Mount Holyoke College and completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History in 1995.
