Nugroho Pranata

Nugroho Pranata has worked in various roles throughout their career. Nugroho started in 2007 at HSBC as a Client Services representative, where they prepared cash forecasts and monitored funding processes. From 2009 to 2010, they worked at PT Bank BARCLAYS in the Centralized Back Office Operations, preparing operations manuals and executing system testing. Nugroho then moved to Bank Commonwealth in 2010 as a Business Analyst, responsible for creating documents and assisting with user acceptance testing. Since 2013, Nugroho has been working at Allianz Life, initially as a Business Analyst and later as a Product Owner & Business Analyst Team Lead. In this role, they have been involved in project management and requirements elicitation workshops.

Nugroho Pranata obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Indonesia between 2003 and 2007. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org in 2019 and various emotional intelligence courses from LinkedIn in 2020 and 2021.
