Thom Mallant

Thom Mallant's work experience includes various leadership roles in the insurance industry. Thom is currently the CEO of Allianz Netherlands and a member of the Board of Management for Allianz Benelux. Prior to this, they served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board for Dutch Guarantee Fund at Waarborgfonds Motorverkeer. Thom also held positions at the Dutch Association of Insurers, where they were a member of the Non-Life Board and Vice-chairman of the Intermediary Distribution Committee. Additionally, Mallant served as the Chairman of the Dutch Motor Insurers' Bureau at Nederlands Bureau Morrijtuigen. Before their current role, they were the General Manager and Director at Allianz Benelux. Thom held various leadership positions at Allianz Nederland, including General Manager, Sales Director, Director of Broker Distribution, and Regional Sales Director. Mallant started their career as the Head of NRS Legal Aid at NRS Rechtsbijstand.
