Nina Bügler

Nina Bügler is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Attraction & Empowerment Team Lead and Head of Learning at Allianz Österreich since June 2011, Nina has also held the role of HR Business Partner Vertrieb, supporting sales leadership with comprehensive HR solutions. As the owner of Die Umsetzerinnen since July 2021, Nina specializes in organizational and cultural development. Previous roles include CMO and CEO support at A1 Telekom Austria AG, as well as consulting positions at Vienna Management Consulting GmbH, Hübner & Hübner Wirtschaftsprüfung und Steuerberatung GmbH & Co KG, and Accenture. Academically, Nina holds a Magistra in Betriebswirtschaft from Universität Klagenfurt and a Master of Arts in Human Resources from FH Burgenland.
