Franziska Lorenz

Franziska Lorenz currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Allianz Reinsurance, a position held since May 2021. Prior to this, Franziska worked at Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS) as the Head of HR for Allianz Risk Transfer and Senior Project Leader for Central and Eastern Europe from September 2017 to May 2021. Franziska's extensive experience in human resources also includes roles as Head of Global Talent Management and Senior Talent & HR Project Manager at Allianz Worldwide Partners, where responsibilities encompassed global talent management, strategic workforce planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and various global HR projects. Additionally, Franziska held positions at Allianz France as Head of Talent Management and HR Business Partner, and at Allianz Global Investors as an HR Consultant. Earlier in the career path, Franziska gained experience in international advertising and communication at BMW Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in European Studies from King's College London and a Bachelor's degree in Management with Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.
