Maneesh Menda

Maneesh Menda is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across prominent financial institutions. Currently serving as the Global Head of HR Delivery at Citi since September 2025, Maneesh is responsible for orchestrating a global HR services team and optimizing HR processes in collaboration with cross-functional partners. Prior to this role, Maneesh held various leadership positions at NatWest Group, including Head of HR for International Hubs and Head of Human Resources in India, where strategic people management was a key focus. Maneesh’s career also includes significant roles at Standard Chartered Bank, where leadership spanned performance, reward, and HR operations across multiple regions in Africa and South Asia. Beginning a professional journey as a Chartered Accountant, Maneesh has developed a strong foundation in finance, audit, and taxation, holding degrees from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and St. Joseph's College.
