Maneesh Menda

Maneesh Menda is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Global Head of HR Delivery at Citi since September 2025, where responsibilities include leading a global team to deliver world-class HR services and optimize HR processes. Prior to this, Maneesh held various HR leadership roles at NatWest Group from July 2015 to September 2025, including Head of HR for International Hubs and Head of Human Resources for India. Maneesh's earlier career includes significant positions at Standard Chartered Bank from July 2005 to June 2015, leading performance, reward, and HR operations across multiple regions in Africa and South Asia. Additional experience includes roles in finance and operations at Airtel and VNM Jewel Crafts Ltd, along with a foundation in accounting as a practicing Chartered Accountant. Maneesh holds a FCA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a B.Com from St. Joseph's College, Calicut.
