Helene Leloire-Kaczmarek is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in project and transformation management, primarily in the insurance sector. Currently serving as a Global Roll-out / Transformation Manager for Allianz Trade since 2019, Helene focuses on strategic workforce planning and the deployment of various HR applications. Prior experience at Accenture France includes a senior management role where Helene successfully managed large-scale projects involving digital process implementation for Natixis assurances and La Banque Postale, as well as the design of a new claim portal for Allianz Partners. Helene has demonstrated strong leadership in coordinating teams, facilitating workshops, and managing budgetary and operational aspects across multiple high-impact projects throughout an extensive career. Helene holds a Master’s Degree from Grenoble Ecole de Management.
