Marion Jaffré

Global Head Of Digital Experience & Channels at Allianz Trade

Marion Jaffré is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital experience and marketing. Currently serving as the Global Head of Digital Experience & Channels at Allianz Trade since June 2019, Marion successfully rebranded over 50 websites and 70 social media channels. Previous roles include Manager at Weave and CMO at Helixot, where Marion led the launch of a waterproof backpack and achieved funding through Kickstarter. Marion has also contributed as a freelance Customer Experience Expert, working on digital strategies and UX optimization for various companies, including Telecom Malaysia and a Singaporean online store. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at IDEAL Connaissances and Bouygues Telecom, where Marion implemented CRM strategies and enhanced omnichannel user experiences. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Management from Institut Mines-Télécom Business School and a Master's in International Business Economics from Aalborg University.
