Andrea Lorch

Andrea Lorch currently holds multiple leadership roles at Allianz, including Head of BMP Chapter Retail, Claims, Operations, and Head of ACM/BMP Design Hub, among others, since February 2019. Prior to this, Andrea Lorch served as Head of Allianz OPEX Lean Six Sigma Program at Allianz Deutschland AG from January 2011 to February 2019, overseeing change management in operations. With a strong focus on business and process architecture, as well as process engineering, Andrea Lorch has significant expertise in optimizing operational efficiency within the insurance sector.
