Anne Francois Courtier

Anne Francois Courtier has extensive experience in customer experience (CX) and user experience (UX) within the insurance industry, currently serving as the Head of CX at Allianz since July 2021, where responsibilities include leading customer experience for after-sales journeys and driving CX transformation across all lines of business. Additionally, Anne worked as a Business Services Manager at Allianz Partners from 1998 to 2002, specializing in sales operations and the development of Allianz Travel insurance in the UK.
