Florian Amberg

Florian Amberg currently serves as the Group Head of Public Relations & Communications Intelligence at Allianz since September 2022 and is also an Advisory Board Member at thinkers.ai. With a substantial background in strategic communications, Florian held various roles at Munich Re (Group) from July 2015 to August 2022, including Global Head of Strategic Communications & Public Relations and senior spokesperson for CEO communications. Prior experience includes a spokesperson role at AXA Konzern AG and Corporate Communications Manager at Thüga AG. Florian began a career as a freelance journalist and has accumulated extensive experience in communications within the financial and insurance sectors. Academic credentials include a Master of Theology and a Master of Arts in Communication & Leadership, along with further qualifications in Public Affairs.
