Franziska Wasserhess

Franziska Wasserhess, a Senior Manager in Global Sustainability at Allianz since February 2019, spearheads the development of a parametric insurance solution aimed at enhancing climate resilience in Ghana, collaborating with UNDP and other stakeholders. With a background in change management, Wasserhess has led initiatives during a merger between Allianz and an African insurer while implementing cultural readiness assessments to address potential challenges. Previously, as a Senior Consultant at Allianz Consulting, Wasserhess provided executive support and managed digital project programs. Professional experience encompasses roles at OTTO & COMPANY Strategy Consultants and Horváth & Partners, alongside internships at Allianz in various capacities. Franziska Wasserhess holds a Master of Science in International Business from Robert Gordon University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DHBW Mannheim.
