Oleh Melnyk is an accomplished procurement executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Procurement and Head of Property at Allianz Group in the UK since 2020, Oleh oversees Procurement, Third Party Risk Management, and Protective Security domains, while leading a diverse team dedicated to developing and executing property and workspace strategies. Prior experience includes positions as Global Procurement Director at Pearson, where Oleh managed a £300m annual spend and achieved significant cost reductions, and Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, spearheading a Facilities Management transformation for 122 global offices. With a strong foundation in strategic sourcing and category management developed during tenures at Accenture, Groupe Rocher, and L'Oréal, Oleh holds MSc degrees from École des Mines de Saint-Étienne and Ternopil Academy of National Economy.
