Brien Jason has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brien started their career in 2006 as a Client Liaison at Stillman Law Office, where they worked until 2007. In 2008, Brien joined Missile Defense Agency as an International Affairs Analyst and then moved on to work as a Research Analyst at Lockheed Martin later that year. In 2009, they became an International Programs Analyst at Allied Associates International and then progressed to Deputy Director of Human Resources. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of International Programs Coordination Specialist and in 2012 became the Director of Human Resources. During this time, they also held the position of Program Manager, where they managed service contracts for the Missile Defense Agency, using the earned value management system. Brien's last position at Allied Associates International was Vice President of MDA Programs, and in 2020, they became the Senior Vice President of the Defense Sector.
