Tellah Taylor has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on employee benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations. Tellah started their career at CITIBANK as an HR Generalist, where they sourced and hired candidates for IT groups and product development teams. Tellah then worked at HIP HEALTH PLAN as a Management Trainee, where they assisted with HR projects, recruitment, and employee relations. After that, Tellah worked at DLA PIPER US LLP as an HR Generalist, responsible for conducting new employee orientation and administering company benefits. Tellah continued their career at Queens College as a Benefits Officer, providing benefits administration training and support. Tellah also worked at DCAS as a Human Resources Manager, supporting managers in staff planning, recruitment, and employee relations. Tellah then joined QLIMG as a Human Resources Manager, where they managed health and welfare programs, conducted new hire orientation, and handled employee relations. Most recently, Tellah worked at Allied Aviation Services as the Director of Corporate HR and Benefits before joining New York Junior League as the Human Resources Director.

Tellah Taylor attended Empire State University from 1992 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Economics. Tellah then pursued further education at Long Island University, from 2005 to 2007, and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management.
