Throughout his 15-year career in IT, Hubert has been a proven strategic thinker, seasoned change agent and leader who efficiently align employees with organizational goals. He has worked for private organizations, public entities as well as higher-education institutions. His wide-breadth of experience in many sectors of business has allowed him to effectively deliver results to challenging business needs.

Since joining the En Pointe Technologies Team in 2001, Hubert has a track record of sharpening operational performance while ensuring that the highest quality of service delivery is achieved. When En Pointe Global Services was acquired by Allied Digital in 2008, he played an integral role in assisting through the transition. With his years of experience building and maintaining customer relationships, Hubert facilitated a high rate of business expansion even during recent economically difficult times.

Hubert leads his team with the fundamental principle that our clients are the cornerstone to our success. Coupled with his years of experience in the IT outsourcing industry, Hubert has built strong teams, processes & tools encompassed around the foundations of ITIL and ITSM to lead a growing organization.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and has also studied in the field of Linguistics and Computer Science at the University of California, Los Angeles.
