Rory Millar has extensive work experience in creative roles, starting in 2007 as a Graphic Designer at DW Media. From there, they worked as a Creative Designer at various companies, including SDI Marketing, where they also served as an Associate Creative Director and Senior Creative. At SDI Marketing, their responsibilities included leading marketing and communication conceptualization, managing cross-functional resources, and developing powerful presentations. Rory also worked as a Creative Designer/Production Manager at SDI Marketing, where they oversaw sourcing and production of experiential, retail, and print materials.
In 2009, Rory Millar started their own company, Rory Millar Creative, where they provided freelance creative consultation services. Rory offered a wide range of expertise, including experiential, branding and identity, environmental, and event creation.
Rory has also held positions as a Creative Director at Nineyards and Honey+Buzz. At Nineyards, they led creative direction, strategic services, graphic design, and new business development. At Honey+Buzz, they served as a Creative Director.
Recently, Rory Millar joined Allied Global Marketing as a Creative Director, starting in 2022.
Rory Millar attended Ulster University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Design with Honours in Design for Visual Communication. Prior to their time at Ulster University, Rory Millar also attended St Louis Grammar School in Kilkeel, though specific dates and degrees attained are unknown.
